RST Spices Shop Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the RST Spices (Thailand) Online Website terms and conditions for use. We recommend that you read them carefully before placing any order. By utilizing the RST Spices Online Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

RST Spices is a retailer and supplier of Thai and foreign curry, spices, and tea. We develop and provide simple meal kits for you to easily enjoy Thai food. We select all of our products based on the finest of their quality.

Data and Security

We know that you concern about privacy. We do not sell, rent, or distribute our customer information to anyone. All customer information is considered strictly confidential.

Delivery, Packing and Shipping Cost

Please fill your address and delivery information accurately for fast delivery. We deliver to every place of your resident using Third Party Shipping such as Thailand Post(EMS). Please take into your consideration that we may spend more than one week to prepare our products for your delivery depending on the amount of your order. Cost of shipping is separate from the price of goods.

Payment Methods

You may select your payment methods between the two following options: PayPal.com, Paysbuy.com and Money Transfer.

1. Select the items through website : http://www.rstspices.com/ and click on Your Cart.

2. Review your purchasing items and submit your list to make a purchase. (please take note of your order confirmation numbers as you are required to mention it on the transfer receipt.)

How to Payment By Paysbuy.

On Payment Page Select Paysbuy Method put Your Paysbuy Email Account or Credit Card you have, Following Paysbuy process.

How Processing Money Transfer.

The following is a process of making a payment through Money Transfer option:

Once you receive your order confirmation, settle your payment through the bank .

We do not accept any partial payments. Please transfer the full payment for the amount of goods purchased.

Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the fee charged by the bank.

After finishing your money transfer, please confirm your payment within THREE workdays after the date of your order confirmation by email.

and indicate the details as below :

- Order confirmation numbers.

- Name of buyer

- Date & branch of the bank or ATM no. where you make a payment transaction.

- Amount of money transfer

- Enclosed the scan file of the pay-in slip

-The company will review your payment information with your order, and we will return the acknowledgement of your payment to your email address.

Remarks: 1. Within TWO weeks if our company does not receive the confirmation of your payment, we will automatically cancel your order and you will have to make a new purchase.

Return, Refund and Cancel

You can cancel your order within THREE Days after placing an order. We will give you a refund up to the amount of money that you pay for your order, but not including paypal, paysbuy or money transfer fee. After ONE week of processing, we consider all sale to be final. We do not accept any return products. So, please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
